Life Work Solutions is a team of experienced and talented facilitators and executive coaches who are passionate about developing leaders at every stage of their career.


Meet the owner

Pam Crumblin is a leadership transformation specialist with extensive corporate & government experience.  She is an executive coach, business coach and facilitator with a solid background in developing leaders to achieve exceptional financial and employee performance.  Pamala previously held senior positions including Finance Director and Company Secretary in large multi-cultural organisations.

Pam is passionate about applying her business management experience in coaching and training individuals towards identifying and achieving their work and career aspirations.  She has worked with numerous senior managers and executives to develop their capabilities, providing them with the tools to make significant improvements in the way they lead within the business. 

 Pam is a talented facilitator and creates an optimum learning space. Her facilitation expertise builds capability in areas such as leadership self-awareness, change management, communication, influencing, conflict management, and robust financial management. 


She has provided Capability Assessment and follow up coaching for NSW Public Service Commission sponsored SES Executives and DIBP. 

Pamala has coached C-suite, senior managers, new and emerging leaders and high potential employees. Some of her clients include BCC, Suncorp, Allianz, ANZ,  Damco, State Rail, Westpac, J&J , Rio Tinto, Gartner, AMEX, AAPT , BP, Diaverum, Aust Post, Crowe Horworth


Our Programs

The ‘Emerging Leadership’ program targets the leadership development needs for new hires, team leaders and graduates.

The ‘Leadership Impact’ program targets the development needs for high potentials, existing leaders being stretched in the face of challenges and changes and newly promoted leaders. 

The 'Strategic Leadership' program targets high potentials, leaders who manage change and reform, and develops leadership skills for a strategically aligned workplace with a culture of ownership and accountability.
