The Emerging Leadership Program

The Emerging Leadership program targets the leadership development needs for new hires, team leaders and graduates. 

The aim of this program is to empower emerging leaders to quickly find their place in the organisation and take ownership of their contribution. The Leadership Impact Program

The Leadership Impact program targets the development needs for high potentials, existing leaders being stretched in the face of challenges and changes and newly promoted leaders. This program is also the next step for employees who have completed the ‘Emerging Leaders’ program. 

The aim of this program is to enable leaders to stretch themselves in order to become more financially astute, to deliver powerful presentations, and teaches practical skills to help them to have constructive conversations, build trust, and ensure ownership and accountability with their direct reports and peers.
